Botanic Bliss: Second-floor, 3-bedroom apartment for up to 6 guests, with one king bed, two queen beds and a large covered balcony. Exterior stairs are required.
Cascada Calm: Coming soon. A first-floor, 2-bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests, with two queen beds.
All apartments include air conditioning, 300 Mbps WiFi, a full kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, self check-in and free private parking.

Events and parties are not permitted. Quiet enjoyment of the property is expected.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. You may smoke in designated outdoor areas.
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

Yes, a security deposit will be collected prior to check-in to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning, policy violations, or additional charges incurred during the stay. Any unused portion of the deposit will be released or refunded after the property has been inspected following check-out.

Yes, a one-time cleaning fee of $150 is added to each booking and displayed before you confirm.
