Reservation Agreement
By completing a reservation, the primary guest agrees to comply with all booking terms, house rules, payment policies, and applicable local laws. The primary guest assumes responsibility for all members of their party and any visitors permitted on the property.

The primary guest authorizes the property owner or manager to charge the payment method on file for reservation balances, approved fees, damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, unauthorized late check-out, policy violations, or other charges incurred during the stay.Booking Requirements
Valid ID is requiredThe person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property during the rental period unless otherwise approved in writing.
Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property unless otherwise approved in writing.
Rates & Fees
Nightly rates vary based on seasonality, demand, and availability. Applicable cleaning fees, taxes, and additional guest fees will be displayed prior to booking confirmation.Payments
Reservations are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel reservations for failed, declined, or fraudulent payments. All rates are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Security Deposit
A security deposit will be collected prior to check-in to cover potential damages, excessive cleaning, policy violations, or additional charges incurred during the stay. Any unused portion of the deposit will be released or refunded after the property has been inspected following check-out.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, appliances, or contents during their stay, beyond normal wear and tear.By completing this reservation, the primary guest authorizes the property owner or manager to charge the payment method on file for damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, unauthorized late check-out, policy violations, or other additional charges incurred during the stay.
When applicable, supporting documentation, including photographs, receipts, and itemized invoices, may be provided for any charges assessed.
Guests agree to notify the host promptly of any damage, malfunction, or maintenance issue that occurs during their stay.
We kindly ask all guests to treat the property with care and respect so we can continue providing an exceptional experience for future visitors.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing this reservation, the primary guest agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for valid charges associated with the reservation, damages, policy violations, or agreed-upon fees. In the event of a disputed charge, the host may provide booking records, communications, photographs, invoices, and signed agreements as supporting documentation.Maintenance and Property Conditions
Guests acknowledge that occasional maintenance issues or appliance malfunctions may arise unexpectedly. The host will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues promptly; however, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including utility interruptions, internet outages, weather conditions, or maintenance-related issues.Guests further acknowledge that power and water outages are common in Puerto Rico and vary in the length of time they are out. These outages are out of the control of the property owner or manager.
Guests understand that this property does not have a generator or water cistern.
Limitation of Liability
The property owner or manager is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or damages occurring during a guest’s stay, except where required by law. Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and the safety of all occupants and visitors.Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations at our discretion where permitted by law, including violations of these Terms & Conditions or suspected fraudulent activity. -
Cancellation Terms
Reservations may be canceled according to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined based on the cancellation date relative to the scheduled check-in date.We understand that plans may change and strive to be as fair and flexible as possible.
Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days before check-in
50% refund for cancellations made 14–29 days before check-in
25% refund for cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in
No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. We recommend travel insurance for protection against unforeseen circumstances travel delays, illness, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact their trip.
Cleaning fees will be refunded if the reservation is canceled prior to check-in.
No refunds will be issued for:
late arrivals,
early departures,
weather conditions,
travel delays,
illness,
or other circumstances outside of our control.
Non-Refundable Charges
Processing fees, payment processing charges, or other non-refundable costs may be deducted from eligible refunds where permitted by law.Travel Insurance Recommendation
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations, travel delays, illness, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances that may impact their trip.Host Cancellations
In the unlikely event the host must cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, guests will receive a refund of amounts paid for unused nights. Additional compensation or liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation unless otherwise required by law. -

Personal information collected during the booking process may include names, contact details, payment information, identification details, and booking-related communications.Use of Information
Guest information is used solely for reservation processing, communication regarding the stay, payment processing, legal compliance, property protection, and improving guest services.Our website may use cookies or analytics tools to improve user experience and website performance.

Payment Security

If exterior security cameras or noise monitoring devices are present on the property, their locations and purposes will be disclosed in the listing description where required by law. No monitoring devices are located inside private interior spaces. -

Occupancy Limits
The number of guests staying at the property must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the reservation. Unauthorized overnight guests may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation without refund.Check-In and Check-Out

Check-out time: 10:00 AMEarly check-in or late check-out requests may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
Please follow all check-in, parking, trash, and departure instructions provided prior to your arrival.
Unauthorized Late Check-Out
Unauthorized late check-outs may interfere with cleaning and incoming reservations and may result in additional charges.Quiet Hours
To respect neighbors and the surrounding community, guests agree to observe quiet hours during designated nighttime hours in accordance with local regulations and community standards. The hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.Parties and Events
Parties, events, large gatherings, and unauthorized visitors are not permitted. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of smoking inside the property, including odors, burns, residue, or additional remediation requirements, may result in additional cleaning and deodorization charges.Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees, damage charges, or immediate termination of the reservation without refund.Excessive Cleaning
Guests are expected to leave the property in reasonably clean condition upon departure. Excessive cleaning fees may apply for unusually dirty conditions requiring cleaning beyond standard turnover service.Safety
Guests are responsible for supervising children and using the property and amenities safely at all times.Illegal Activity
Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property and may result in immediate removal without refund and notification of local authorities if necessary.Violations
Violation of house rules may result in additional fees, termination of the reservation, or removal from the property without refund.
